Cookie policy

What this site keeps on your device: no cookies at all, and one key in your browser's local storage that remembers your light or dark choice.

What are cookies and local storage?

Cookies are small text files a site saves in your browser, which the browser sends back to it on every visit. Local storage (localStorage) is similar, but what is saved there stays in your browser and is never sent to a server. Both need your consent, except what is strictly needed to give you a service you asked for.

What this site stores

This is everything the site keeps on your device:

No cookies: this site sets none, neither its own nor a third party's.

Nothing optional: no analytics, no advertising, no embedded third-party content. Fonts, images and the help centre's search index all come from our own server.

Changing your mind

“Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page opens the consent panel. Today there is nothing to ask your permission for, so the panel only shows what the site stores. If we ever add an optional tool, it stays off until you allow it, and you can withdraw from the same panel at any time.

Your browser's controls

You can also clear this site's data, or block storage, in your browser's settings. The site works just the same; it simply opens in the light theme on each visit.

Changes

If what the site stores changes, we update the table above and the “Last updated” date. For how we handle your data in general, read the privacy policy.
