Meet the Moving products, create your store or your POS account, and get everything ready on day one.
- 01What is Moving?Moving is a family of two products that work together: Moving Stores for the online store and merchant dashboard, and Moving POS for the point of sale and restaurant operations, with its loyalty program.
- 02Create your storeCreate your account and your store together on the Moving Stores sign-up page: your account details, then the store's name, address, business type, country and plan.
- 03Set up and launch your storeThe setup wizard takes you through five steps: branding, a first product, payments, shipping or pickup and delivery, then launch. This is what must be in place before your store opens to customers.
- 04Find your way around the dashboardA tour of the Moving Stores dashboard: the sidebar and its groups, the store switcher, search and the command palette, what needs your attention, order alerts, the account menu and keyboard shortcuts.
- 05Get started with Moving POSMoving POS accounts are created for you by the Moving team, who hand over your sign-in details; there is no self-signup. Learn its four apps and where each runs, how to sign in with email and password, and which languages it speaks.
