Payments and shipping
Turn on payment methods, connect Paymob, set up shipping zones and rates, and book shipments with Bosta.
- 01Turn on payment methodsYour customers can pay on delivery, by bank transfer, or online through Paymob in stores that sell in Egyptian pounds. Turn on the methods you want, put them in order, and give each its limits and instructions.
- 02Connect Paymob to take cards and walletsConnect your Paymob account to take cards and mobile wallets in Egypt: enter your keys in test mode, paste the webhook address into Paymob, test the connection, then switch to live.
- 03Set up shipping zones and ratesIn shop stores, shipping zones decide where you ship, and each zone’s rates decide what shipping costs, how long it takes and who delivers it. You can check any address to see the rates it gets.
- 04Turn on pickup and branch delivery zonesTurn on pickup at any location so customers can collect their orders. In restaurant and café stores, delivery is set per branch: its zones, fees, minimum order and preparation time.
- 05Ship with BostaConnect your Bosta account to book the courier from the order page, print the waybill and follow the shipment’s status. Bosta is available to shop stores in Egypt only.
