Print invoices and packing slips
Print an order's invoice or packing slip on A4 or an 80 mm receipt, in the order's language, Arabic or English, for one order or fifty at once.

Before you start
- The View orders permission.
Every order has two documents: the Invoice for the customer and the Packing slip for whoever prepares the order. Both are printed from the browser, and neither is available while an order is still Awaiting payment.
Print for one order
Step 1: Open the order
From the sidebar, open Sales › Orders, then open the order.
Step 2: Choose the document
Click More actions, then Print invoice or Print packing slip.
Step 3: Set up the print
Choose the Paper: A4 or 80 mm receipt, then the Document language: The order’s language, العربية or English.
Step 4: Print
Click Print to open the browser's print dialog.
Print for many orders
In the order list, select up to 50 orders, then click Print invoices or Print packing slips. Orders still awaiting payment are skipped, and the page says how many.
What each document holds
| Document | Contents |

| Invoice | The customer and the delivery or pickup address, the items with quantity, unit price, discount and tax, plus shipping, total, paid, balance due and payment method. |
| Packing slip | The items with their add-ons, notes and codes, and the tracking number, without prices. Cash to collect appears on cash-on-delivery orders. |
The invoice heading follows your tax settings: Invoice without a tax number, Tax invoice when tax is on with a tax number, and Simplified tax invoice for Saudi stores with a tax number, with a ZATCA QR code. The invoice number is the order number.
Why can't I find printing on an order?
Because the order is still awaiting payment, and it has no document until then.
When does the invoice read “Tax invoice”?
When tax is on and your tax number is entered under Settings › Taxes.
Can the customer download their invoice from the store?
No. Invoices are printed from the dashboard only; you can send one after saving it as a PDF.
