Sales, item, shift and food-cost reports, and how to export them.
- 01Read the dashboardThe dashboard is the back office's first page: sales and orders for the current business day, the alerts that need action, and each branch's figures. It refreshes itself every 30 seconds.
- 02Use and export your reportsThe Reports page brings together daily and monthly sales, best sellers, ingredient usage, food cost, returns and profit and loss, and downloads each report as a CSV file.
- 03Review shifts and Z-reportsThe Z-report appears and prints on the POS when each shift closes, and the back office's Shifts page shows every shift's expected cash, counted cash and variance.
- 04Track orders and the activity logThe back office's Orders page shows orders from every branch and channel with their details, and exports them. The Activity page records who did what: cancellations, adjustments, cash pay-ins and sign-ins.
