Store setup

Your store's details and branding, locations and branches, team and permissions, domain and notifications.

  1. 01Edit your store details and brandingIn the general settings you change the store's name, country, currency, time zone and default language; in branding you choose the theme, logos, colours and fonts your storefront wears.
  2. 02Add contact details, social links and search appearanceThree sections decide how customers reach you and how your store appears: Contact & location, Social & apps, and Search engines.
  3. 03Manage locations and branchesLocations are the places you keep stock in or take orders from; restaurants call them branches. Add one, set its hours and how customers order from it, and pause orders when a branch is busy.
  4. 04Invite your team and set permissionsInvite team members by email, give each one of four fixed roles, then adjust what a role or a member can do and which branches they work at, and follow every change in the audit log.
  5. 05Connect your own domainRun your store on a domain you own, such as shop.example.com, by adding DNS records at the company you bought the domain from. The HTTPS certificate is issued automatically once it's verified.
  6. 06Set checkout, taxes and store rulesDecide what checkout asks customers for and how new orders are handled, set up VAT and your stock rules, and turn reviews and returns on or off.
  7. 07Set up team alerts and customer emailsChoose who gets alerts about new orders, low stock, reviews and customer requests, and edit the text of the emails your customers receive, in Arabic and English.
  8. 08Manage your plan and invoicesReview your plan and how much of its products, team seats and locations you use, change the plan or billing interval, and pay your invoices by bank transfer from the plan and billing page.
  9. 09Manage your account and passwordIn My account you edit your name, mobile number, language and theme; in Security you change your password and sign out other devices. This is also what to do if you forget your password.
